Pay and signal from the users:
The owners of the property of tourist use may require users to make a reservation, an advance of the price that is understood to account for the amount resulting from the services rendered. In this sense to formalize the reservation at our Masia d’Amer rural resort, we request an advanced payment of at least 25% of the total price of the stay.
Cancellation of the reservation:
1. The property of tourist use is obliged to inform the user, before the formalization of the contract, on the cancellation clauses.
2. The user has the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, without penalty, provided that it is made before 15 days before the date of arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
Security deposit for possible damages
The user of the tourist home is obligated to pay and sign € 200 to cover the possible damages that may be caused during his stay, which once completed will be returned if the property is located in perfect condition.
